Not only did they do a fantastic job on my new transmission (my daily driver now runs 7's in the 8th) but they did a follow up and didn't charge me for it! Checked her all over, topped off fluids, strengthened anything a little loose and even unbolted the exhaust to check for a noise I reported, no charge! My family has been going to Clark's for many years--with many different cars--and have come to know them as a reliable and thorough shop to get service from. Most recently, I had to get work done to pass a failed inspection. The original shop I went to in a different area quoted me a stifling amount--Clark's got the job done in less than 6 hours (same day) for $200 less. VA Tire and Auto quoted me over $1,000 of wear and tear repairs (serpentine belt, battery, rotors, pads). Took it to Clark's and came out waaaaay better. Let me start by saying I am very likely the worst driver in Manassas. I've done things to my car I didn't even know was possible. That being said, I've gotten around quite a bit to various auto repair shops and not one place comes close to Clarks.

The people that work there, from the front desk, to the mechanics, are all so friendly and helpful. I'm especially pleased with Stuart and the other young gentleman that works there. As a matter of fact my mom who also takes her car her, tries to request Stuart whenever she can (do they do that at auto repair shops?? Lol) They're VERY honest and really fair when it comes to pricing. It can get busy there, but that's obviously due to the overwhelming popularity of this place. - Darlene A.
