After moving to Manassas about 6 months ago, I needed a new mechanic. My car started shaking horribly after my husband changed the battery, so I needed somewhere that was close by. They did not charge me to take a look at it and let me know that sometimes cars do that and that it was fine when they inspected it. In that time I've had 2 oil changes, my inspection, and replaced a part of my muffler. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are incredibly fair, they are very honest, and they don't try to rip you off! I chose them because they had wonderful reviews, and they are all true! As being a woman, I have been afraid of being misled and told I needed work when I don't (it happened at the previous place I went to) and am ecstatic to have found Clark's. They explained things to me so I understood what I needed to get fixed to pass the inspection. I know some things about cars, but when I've gone to other automotive shops, they don't always explain things that I can always understand.
