They bring you into the bay where they are working on your car and show you exactly what is going on; all other mechanics take note!!! Additionally they told me I didn't actually need a brake caliper as mine was still good, they just lubricated it and sent me on my way no charge!! 100% honesty, zero sales pressure, very friendly environment, and nice waiting room!!!
