We are in Manassas visiting our daughter and her family. My daughters car was having intermittent starting issues. Upon inspection of battery I found significant corrosion to the point of having the positive battery terminal almost completely breaking off the terminal. I called Clark's for an assessment. They answered the phone right away and provided me with a quote to replace battery and terminals. We brought the car over right away. After looking up the battery, they discovered they did not have it in stock and would have to order it. I needed the car fixed before the weekend so they offered an alternative that was in my best interest. They said if I wanted to go buy a battery at one of the many stores within a mile from their shop, they would be happy to install it for me. I did just that and delivered the battery to them. The next day we went to pick up the car and I could not believe the amazing job that was completed. The owners took me to the car to show me the work. They clearly took pride in their work and were happy to have met our needs. We couldn't be more impressed and plan to use Clark's for all our future automotive repair needs. - Jacob F.
