I went to Clark's Automotive to get my safety inspection and everyone was very kind and willing to help me out. They explained things to me so I understood what I needed to get fixed to pass the inspection. I know some things about cars, but when I've gone to other automotive shops, they don't always explain things that I can always understand. My check engine light came on this morning. I have a long drive ahead of me next week, and I wanted to make sure that the car was up for the trip. I called this morning. They said bring it in. The gentleman checked the car and it was an error in the system. He reset it and sent me on my way. I’ve taken my vehicle here multiple times now; I’ve had them replace the drier & compressor for my a/c, and then the blower resistor, as well as install new tires, and dropped by to have a service light or strange noise checked out. I am always impressed by the honesty of the staff, the quality of work, and the fair pricing. These are hard things to find when looking for an auto repair shop, and I’m so grateful I was referred here. They are fantastic!

I raised my family in Manassas and left the area over 10 years ago. I was headed to Manassas for the funeral of a family member when our car broke down in Emporia, Virginia, earlier in 2018. Clark's rescued us by sending a transporter to pick up our car and take it to Manassas where Clark's repaired it and we were able to spend time with family. Not only does Clark's have a history of fantastic and reliable service, but this time they went above usual service standards. Thank you, Dar & Jack.

This is the best place around. They have amazing people, staff, and prices! We had to bring our truck in today after off-roading for the first time, and I was dreading what the outcome would be. Great shop, techs, and owner. On a Friday afternoon, we were heading camping, and the rear caliper started to freeze up our truck.
