We are in Manassas visiting our daughter and her family. My daughters car was having intermittent starting issues. Upon inspection of battery I found significant corrosion to the point of having the positive battery terminal almost completely breaking off the terminal. I called Clark's for an assessment. They answered the phone right away and provided me with a quote to replace battery and terminals. We brought the car over right away. After looking up the battery, they discovered they did not have it in stock and would have to order it. I needed the car fixed before the weekend so they offered an alternative that was in my best interest. They said if I wanted to go buy a battery at one of the many stores within a mile from their shop, they would be happy to install it for me. I did just that and delivered the battery to them. The next day we went to pick up the car and I could not believe the amazing job that was completed. The owners took me to the car to show me the work. They clearly took pride in their work and were happy to have met our needs. We couldn't be more impressed and plan to use Clark's for all our future automotive repair needs. - Jacob F. They bring you into the bay where they are working on your car and show you exactly what is going on; all other mechanics take note!!! Additionally they told me I didn't actually need a brake caliper as mine was still good, they just lubricated it and sent me on my way no charge!! 100% honesty, zero sales pressure, very friendly environment, and nice waiting room!!! Not only did they do a fantastic job on my new transmission (my daily driver now runs 7's in the 8th) but they did a follow up and didn't charge me for it! Checked her all over, topped off fluids, strengthened anything a little loose and even unbolted the exhaust to check for a noise I reported, no charge!
